Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your service, please provide us with written notice of your cancellation via email within one or two days of placing your order.

If you cancel your service within the allowed time frame, we will refund the total amount paid minus a processing fee. We can only offer a refund if you cancel your service within the permitted time frame.

If you need to change your service, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If changes to your service result in a reduction in the length or scope of your service, we may issue a refund in accordance with the terms outlined in our Refunds section.

If you do not show up for your scheduled service, we cannot offer a refund.
